IFRD Calls for a Manifesto Objecting Real Madrid CF in Whitewashing Contract With Saudi Arabia Officials in IWD

The International Federation for Rights and Development (IFRD) announces that it will organize a manifesto by the Palestinian women’s movement – Karama in Spain in front of the Real Madrid CF HQ in the Spanish capital, Madrid, to protest talks of an agreement with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in International Womans day at 12 O’clock.
The International Federation calls for a wider participation in the manifesto to object to Real Madrid’s talks to agree to sponsor a Saudi government company for the club’s women’s team.
And recently, classified documents revealed that a Saudi is seeking to conclude a propaganda agreement with Real Madrid to become the main sponsor of the women’s team in the Spanish club Real Madrid.
IFRD considers that such an agreement falls within the framework of sports bleaching to gain international influence and positive propaganda for Saudi Arabia at a time when women’s rights are widely violated.
